Panayiotis Thrasyvoulou is an Associated Partner and the Head of People Advisory Services (PAS) at EY Cyprus. He joined EY after having worked for 15 years as Group Human Resources Manager in diverse groups of companies, operating, among others, in the fields of automotive, construction, property development, hospitality, FMCG, IT and 3PL.
He then founded his own consulting firm which he successfully ran for 3 years, before taking on his current position. He is a certified Quality Manager, a certified Trainer and assessor of renowned psychometric tests.
Panayiotis’ work concentrates on work and organizational (re) design, performance management, HR transformation, leadership development and culture. His project portfolio includes clients from government and semi-governmental organizations, as well as clients from the private sector operating among others, in the shipping, FMCG, real estate, retail, automotive and pharmaceuticals industries.
He holds a BSc in Business Management from Essex University, an MSc (Distinction) in International Employment Relations & Human Resources Management from LSE, and a PhD (cand.) in Management from the University of Cyprus. At LSE he received the “Foundation of Automation and Human Development School Prize for the Best Overall Performance”. His academic research revolves around the issues of work and organisational (re)design. He currently participates in a global study on work and organizational redesign which spans 44 countries (Global Work Design Study, GWDS).
Panayiotis currently serves his second term as the President of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association (CyHRMA).
Pagona Ligou was born and raised in Athens, where she took her first professional steps in an Italian multinational industry for 23 consecutive years in a succession of senior positions such as Press Representative, Public Relations & Communication, Human Resources Management & Development and Corporate Governance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Indianapolis University and a Bsc in Business Administration and Public Relations and she is accredited as CHRP by the HR Institute. She was also trained in crisis management, journalism, CSR and is a certified Business Coach and CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer).
Since 2012, she lives in Cyprus, where, until May 2020, she was Chief Human Resources and Communication Officer in Vassiliko Cement industry, gaining extensive experience in industrial relations and negotiations. During the period 2019-2020, she served as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus CSR Association and she is also member of the Cyprus Mediation Association & Cyprus HR Management Association. Over the last years, she is guest speaker in Career Days at universities in Cyprus and a speaker at Day Conferences organized for students. Over the last 15 years she is a marathon runner; she has a daughter and lover theater and reading.
Elena Maniatopoulou Hadjipanayi was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She moved to Cyprus in 2001, where she started her professional career and obtained industry experience in banking, ship management, financial services, and management consulting. Elena is an exemplary practitioner that consistently stays in touch with the newest research and business trends. Having solid academic knowledge, strong work ethic, innovative thinking and more than 20 years of professional experience, Elena since 2020 serves as the Managing Director of ForwardMindsets Ltd., an organization providing innovative, customized, people management solutions, incorporating HR consulting, coaching and mentoring.

Chrysoulla Rossidou has a Diploma of the Department of Human Resource Management from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her professional career started in 1997, with the opening of the first McDonald’s restaurant in Cyprus, where she was employed as a Crew Member. Angelos Louis is the co-founder and Director of the RED HR Solutions. Maria Karantoni is an Audit Board Member at KPMG in Cyprus and the Head of Human Resources. Maria got her Bachelor degree from City University, London in Economics & Accounting, before becoming a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
